Car Rental

If you plan to rent a car for the duration of your stay, we recommend using the Avis/Budget rental service at Málaga Airport (AGP).

Train
From Madrid Airport (MAD) to Málaga

  • Commuter Train/ AVE High-Speed Train
    • The Spanish railway company RENFE connects Madrid with Madrid-Barajas Airport through the local train network service "Cercanías" C1 and C10 lines (local commuter trains).
    • The train station is on floor -1 of terminal T4 and is called Aeropuerto T4.
    • Take the C1 line from Aeropuerto T4 to Puerta de Atocha – One-way tickets can be purchased at the station ticket office or at Cercanías self-service machines.
    • The AVE Long Distance (high-speed train) runs to Málaga from Puerta de Atocha.
    • Tickets from Puerta de Atocha to Málaga-María Zambrano (station in Málaga). can be purchased ahead of time at renfe.com.
    • The taxi service, MoveTransfer, is recommended to transport you to your accommodation from the Málaga train station.
